Best place to level at end of Final Fantasy 4?

Hi, I have the new DS version of Final Fantasy IV and I've gotten to the end but my characters are only at level 60 - not quite enough to beat Zeromus. I'm wondering what the best place to level all the way up is at the end of the game. Any suggestions? Thanks!

ive only plyed the gba version but a good place to try is to go for all summons and sidequests.  also go through the final dungeon several times.  i did this and was around 65 and destroyed zeromus easily. the only sidequest i didnt do was the pink tail(didnt have enough sirens)

Well, I suggest going to a place that has that Hag that summons the dolls into battle. By only attacking the dolls and not her, she will keep calling them into battle. I did this for hours and went up 6-7 levels each once I got toooooo bored (because it is very boring to do this) and killed her. She can be found I remember in the caves in the under world that lead to the Slyphs or the land of summons. Other than that I would suggest the moon, I think it is the cave that leads to Bahamut. Or  leveling up on the floor of the Lunar Path on the way to Zeromus where you can run into battles with 3 Red Dragons, 1 Red Dragon & 1 Blue Dragon, and 2 Behemoths, I think.
