Best place to live for motorcycling?

Question

I'm growing tired of the US and am looking to move internationally. I do enjoy a good ride on a motorcycle. Here in the US other motorists are not fond of motorcycles. I want warm place that is motorcycle friendly and doesn't frown so heavy on speed.

Thoughts?

Warm weather, rarely rains, plenty of motorcycle shops near.  California girls.  Life doesn't get any better.

Also many beaches in Spain are nude.  Wow, I'd be in heaven.

Many places in Europe fit your criteria.  Motorbikes are more widely used and accepted.  Their speed limits are higher ( including the famous no-speed limits on some stretches of the German autobahn ) and riding through the Alps is both a great ride and incredibly scenic.

I would say Italy. However, it is not for the faint hearted as I lived there for three months and they drive like maniacs (they don't even stop for red lights and drive their mopeds through the narrow streets at break neck speed).

Germany is good as there is autobann, but they will hammer you if you are caught speeding. There is one great thing in Germany. There is a race track called the Nürburgring. It is a race track about 26 miles long with over 200 corners. It is a very challenging circuit and you will meet drivers and riders from all around the world who come there to race round it.

The rest of Europe varies wildly. I live in Ireland and the roads here are great to drive on once you get of the main roads, but it rains often. The same is true in the Uka nd most northern European countries.

You might find spain a good country to ride in, or Austria.

Avoid Switzerland like the plague. They have great roads, but have been accused of anti-motoring.

I think for driving experience you can't beat europe!
