Best place to practice motorcycling in or around Jersey City?

If one wanted to learn riding a motorcycle in an empty parking lot or high school ground in or around Jersey City, NJ, what would be the best places? It would be preferable if it is not crowded.

Due to liability factors, it is likely that nobody will allow you to use their parking lot. Sign up for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's beginning rider class. They will teach you what you need to know.

Look for a closed store, (out of business). Stores that are closed for the night only may look attractive, but many have security cameras, and businesses do not want you to practice in their lots (lot of law suits going around, and the businesses fear they may be liable).
