Best place to rent a car a the age of 24yo?

Hi, I plan on going to las vegas to do a quick errand and would like to rent a car, and i heard that most places require you to be atleast 25yo. I would like to know about places that do not require this rule and would like for it to be inexpensive. Where are the best places or where are the best places to look?
