Probably the Jacobs Inn Hostel.

Cheap, clean and very central.

If it's a hotel that you want then probably the Arlington would be a good one. Very central (off O Connell Street) and has great entertainment.

Bewleys Hotel. -Only 89/99 euro a night.

D4hotels some of Dublin best hotels for €89 there cheap cause they were brought for apartments but are wanting for planning permission which is 2 years down the line.

try a hostel maybe but Dublin is anything but  cheap

The Raddison just off Grafton Street or the one in Donnybrook. Both of them are good.
