Best places for a cheap holiday in November?

Having just got back from Tenerife we are looking at going away for a week in November. Ideally we would like somewhere cheap as it is nearing the end of year whilst maintaining a warm climate.

if you want to go to europe for a cheap yet amazingly good vacation--bulgaria. it has everything from countryside to cities to mountains to beaches. its great there. however, in november, it will be kind of cold.
