Go to the BHV department store:

Otherwise any department store (Galeries Lafayette, Le Printemps) will have some and you will find a lot of little lingerie boutiques just by walking in the street.

And although I hate malls, I have to admit it is sometimes the best way to find a large selection of stores within a small distance while staying warm in winter. There is one in Châtelet-les-Halles ( http://en.forumdeshalles.com/vue/form/fo... ) and one in Montparnasse (less crowded, métro Montparnasse-Bienvenue).

If you are looking for "lingerie fine", just so you know, the sizing is different. For instance if you are a B cup in every day lingerie, you'll probably be a full C in lingerie fine (they probably think by flattering you you'll forget how expensive it is!).
