Hi! I'm an Italian girl, there are many places in Italy it is worth to visit like the ones you have said, Rome with the Roman architectures ( Colosseo, Foro romano..) Venice with all its bridges  and S.Marco square, Naples and Sicily for the sea but also Florence for all its beautiful churches and monuments and Tuscany in general is wonderful to visit, Liguria too with Cinque Terre and Portofino, Milan for shopping..

wherever you choose you we'll be amazed. I suggest you to visit Rome, a messy town but full of art, and Florence. If you got time spend some time in Tuscany you'll enjoy the beauty of the landscape, good wine and the medieval little towns such as San Gimignano. If you decide to stay there you can sleep in a "Agriturismo" Farms in the countryside where you can drink homemade wine and food: www.agriturismololmo.it/

But you need to come by car and you can go up and down those beaufiful hills.

In Rome...everythng..

In Milan, Piazza Duome, the Navigli rivers, Castello Sforzesco and the last supper painting (need to book ahead though)

Venice, I would say u walk around the popular areas, and chk out also the islands of Lido and Murano.

Naples, I would say the Amalfi coast, pompeo, castello D'uovo (old prison in the water), Piazza pubblicito and last the Pizza's
