Best pop up blocker freeware?

Ok, so im looking for a trustworthy good quality popup blocker that is free. I just downloaded AVG freeware (the free one) and that looks good for virus protection. So, now im looking for a pop up blocker that prevents things like casal media, and animated or just annoying pop ups. I was considering webwasher or something. Any suggestions? And is AVG good?

You are acually more protected on dial-up since it does not stay connected all the time. Besides that spybot S&D is my favorite

Firefox has a built in pop-up blocker, and is also compatible with AVG, so it can use avg to automtocally scan your downloads too(Firefox 3) and check links for malware.
