Best pork chop meal?

what goes best with pork chops? like a side dish. Also what seasoning bring out the best flavor in pork?

Fried or grilled pineapple rings are perfect for pork, with a dash of salt is all that the pork needs.

I would have mashed potatoes, yams and carrots.

I like stuffing, au gratin potatoes and apple sauce with my pork chops.

I use Lindberg-Snider Porterhouse & Roast Seasoning http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41... (sort of like a seasoned salt).  Bake covered @ 350-deg F for an hour and a half = SUPER tender chops!  :)

Stuffing, rice, fried potatoes, roasted potatoes...all great accompaniments!
