  1. I second what truth! said. That part of your hands is somehow connected to the nerves that make us feel headaches. I've tried massaging that area when I have a headache and within 5 minutes, the headache is gone. I also did some slow, deep breathing at the same time because increased oxygen to the brain is also helpful.

  2. depends what kind of headache. for the tension headache it could be the top of the neck where the muscles of the neck attach to the head. for my headache I always press the temples and the bridge of the nose. sometimes on the sinuses under the eyes and there is also a good point just above your ears

  3. The meaty part of you palms towards the thumbs, I have always use that pressure point and the headache will vanish like magic.

  4. all around the temples, eyebrows, eye sockets, and on your hands, use your knuckles if this does not hurt too much to press firmly; right in the middle between your thumb and pointer finger  (squeeze firmly there) If you have a sinus headache, on either side of your nostrils is a very sensitive spot that always helps me

  5. It all depends on the type of headache.

I never use pressure points. The best way to get rid of a headache is self-hypnosis.
