Best product for curly hair?

Question

I have long curly hair and i love the curls...but i hate the frizz that comes along with it. What can i do to keep the curls and not have frizz? No matter what i tried so far, my hair has still had lil frizzes like near the top. Especially if i scrunch it. PLeez help mee!! And something under $6 would be nice

REALLLY HOT TIP!!!

I tooo am cursed with the dreaded frizz that accompanies curly locks.....  firslty make sure you keep it hydrated.... moisturising shampoos..leave in conditioners etc BUTTTT

One thing i swear by is when it's wet puting curly mouse in it ( best one so far vo5 curly mouse ( i can't remembr the exact name!) or a curly one by Sammy) then leaving it to dry naturally.... if you overload the mouse it can go a bit crispy but it keeps curls curly and you can then run fingers through to loosen them abit!!

i have curly hair too. what i do usually is when it is wet i spray it with something that is for curly hair but is a SPRAY not gel or mousse. that way it won't clump in a weird plasticy wet looking way. let it dry naturally or pull it into a low bun until it is almost dry. then let it out and shake it around so it can curl. sorry if this doesn't work for you.
