This is a little embarrassing, but I've had fairly severe stress incontinence since pregnancy. I've done lots of exercises, which have helped to some extent, but I still leak quite a lot when I exercise. This is a problem because I've always been very athletic and I am an aerobics instructor and regular exerciser. I've tried a couple of different types of pads on the market-regular maxi pads don't absorb enough and tend to leak. On the other hand, the special incontinence garments I've used are too bulky and I'm pretty sure you can see them under my clothes at the gym-definitely a no-go. Does anyone have any suggestions (no nasty comments, please).
