Best product for whitening teeth??

i need something that works quick but not one of those ones that like if u acedentaly swallow a tiny bit u die. lol. and nothing really expensive. i need advice from personal experience. something thats cheap, quick, easy, and works. THANKS! GOD BLESS

don't drink coffee and limit drinking soda.

drink milk. use whitening toothpaste..

floss and use listerene...

Well, cheap is a little relative, but I'll tell you this: I tried all the stuff you can get at the store and nothing worked.

Then my dentist turned me on to Tres Whites. Pre-filled little trays of stuff you put in your mouth for about half an hour a day for 10 days. They cost me about $100 from the dentist and they worked like no other. Several shades whiter.

Haven't bought 'em there yet, as it's only been 8 months since I used the ones from the dentist and my teeth still look great.

I used the melon flavor, but it's really more of a smell than a taste.

Minor problem: They do make your teeth sensitive and your gums sore, but only during the 10 days you use them. My dentist had me use Sensadyne toothpaste for a week before I started and during, and it was pretty minor, but he did say it can be a problem for you if you don't use the toothpaste.

PS: My dentist recommended this over the service he performs! He said he could do it, but it would cost around $500, and it wouldn't do much better.
