Best programs to record webcams?

Question

I'm bored and I want to lipsync and fill youtube with more annoying lipsync videos and have them taken down due to copyright infringement...

But FIRST I need a program to record webcam, I googled it of course and searched but they're all really half-ssed shareware programs that cost 20-50.00... I'm obviously wanting something cheap, simple and usable.
