  1. Finnegans and the Queens in Dalkey in South Dublin are great. you can get to dalkey by geting the dart in Dublin City(pearse street station or tara street) |Finnegans is the better of the two and its the first turn left as you get off the dart. The queens is further down the road.

    have fun

  2. no i dont know the name of pub and streets

i think that they are not for touristry

  3. In Dublin city centre there are a wide range of decent pubs, and not all of them are touristy. Im 23, and i like the following types of pubs and clubs:

Fitzsimons in Temple Bar is good, it has 3 or 4 levels each with its own type of music and atmosphere... A lot of pubs in that area are touristy, but you'll spot them in advance as you walk through Temple Bar.

I also like The Capital Bar on George's St. (very close to Temple Bar) They do nice cocktails...

then a 5 min walk to the next place:

Down Under (Major Toms) at Stephen's Green Shopping Centre (at the top of the major shopping Grafton St) is another cool one.

Just a 2 min walk around the corner is Dandelion, also at Stephen's Green Shopping Center, a pretty new place, with a nice bar and then a huge dancefloor/nightclub area downstairs...

Not far away (walkable) is Dicey Reilly's on Harcourt St. is a decent place. There's a huge outdoor courtyard in it, so if its not raining i'd recommend it. Its also right next door to a nightclub

Messrs Maguires at O'Connell Bridge and D'olier St is a pub with a good atmosphere in the evenings. (walking distance from Temple Bar)

The Woolshed (formerly the OutBack) is cool, its an Australian themed pub that plays all the big sports games, so you can chill with a pitcher of beer... Thats right beside the UGC Cineworld cinema on Parnell St. (the other end of O'Connell St. not at the bridge...)

Well they're just a few that i've enjoyed recently... The beauty of it all is that you're never too far from a decent pub in Dublin, so feel free to explore (do a pub crawl), if the atmosphere or music they're playing in one pub isn't for you, finish your pint and head onto the next one!
