  1. I don't know of any exercises.  Taking homeopathic Arnica orally and rubbing the area with Germanium oil may help.


  2. The best thing you can do is RICE.

    Rest

    Ice- it for twenty minutes on and twenty minutes off.

    Compression- Press on it for a moment and let go. This forces the bad out and the good in.

    Elevation- Lie down and put your foot up higher on a pillow or something.

  3. In your bathroom sink, put an equal amount of Apple cider vinegar and water.

    Soak a towel in it, small hand towel is large enough. Wring out and wrap your ankle with this, then wrap plastic wrap around the towel, not too tight, but snug.

    Leave on over night.

    This should absolutely do the trick!

    This method is good for any aches and sprains.
