Best restaurant for romantic dinner on Las Vegas strip?

Where is the best romantic restaurant with good food that doesn't cost an absolute fortune on the Las Vegas strip? Can you tell me the restaurant, what type of food they serve and the appropximate price? Thanks.

Silly person above me.  Hooter's isn't on the Strip

But I for one, like Social House at TI.  Sit on the patio and have a VIP spot for watching the battles in Buccaneer Bay.

Social House is a Japanese restaurant with the empathis on sushi. And sake..

I personally loved Bouchon at the Venetian, I believe.  Thomas Keller is world famous and the ambience is very nice.

In the Effiel Tower the food is french but my husband is so picky and he found plenty to eat lol.

You get the romantic setting and the view.

All the restaurants at The Venetian are good, including Bouchon.  The Chinese restaurant at the Bellagio is also nice because they have couches.  They also have fake-outdoor dining at Caesar's which is nice because in the summer it's way too hot to actually eat outside.
