LOL, I'd not consider Mickey D's as the best that Vancouver has to offer.  Perhaps better choices would be Iron Chef Rob Feenie's 'Lumiere', Chef Andreas Weschelberger's 'Cincin' or heck try this link below:

If you don't mind spending a fair amount of money, I would recomend Gotham in downtown Vancouver.  They have the best steaks ever and they also have other things on the menu as well.  I have never been disappointed.  The atmosphere is very nice too.
