Ok, so I live in Cambridge, I'm no tourist, but my parents promised me a nice dinner almost wherever I wanted tonight. I really want to take advantage of their offer (ie eat somewhere I couldn't afford on my own) but I have no idea where to go! They suggested Henrietta's Table (we used to eat there on christmas eve when i was little), but I kinda want to try something new. Any suggestions? Favorites?

  1. I like the Charthouse in boston. Great seafood.

  2. The Elephant Walk serves Cambodian and French cuisine. The Cambodian menu consists of both traditional dishes ranging from everyday street food to aristocratic and royal delicacies, as well as original dishes created by Cambodian Executive Chefs Nadsa and Longteine De Monteiro using traditional Cambodian ingredients and cooking techniques. The French menus consist of original dishes created primarily by Nadsa.

  3. You can go all out and go for the Federalist...

  4. You can go all out and go for the Federalist...

The Federalist is not longer called  The Federalist it's called Mooo.... Still as elegant and very very $$$$$ as ever.. The food is out of this world....

    Go for it!

  5. Dali (http://dalirestaurant.com/) or Tapeo (its sister restaurant on Newbury Street) are both excellent - took my parents there the night before graduation and they loved it.

Also check out Oishii on Washington Street (oishiiboston.com) and Elephant Walk. And for French food, L'Espalier

  6. Sel de la Terre or L'Espalier - both French, both out of this world good - go for the Chef's tasting menu!

  7. boston market
