I am new to the area and I am looking to try out some upscale restaurants in Vancouver, B.C.

The Cannery is really good. Their lobster oil and balsamic viniger with the bread is soooo yummy. Try their Sable fish for your main course. Melts in your mouth~

Tojo's is great for Japanese food but $$$
