Pagliacci's is a great little restaurant in the centre of downtown...the bread is superb and the seafood lasagne is brilliant! If you can get out of the city centre...head for My-Chosen Cafe cafe in Metchosin...its great food and its good value too!

Years ago when my husband and I were on honeymoon in Victoria, we ate at Il Terrazzo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Your question made me wonder if it was still around - and apparently it is.

Having said that - we had gone there as it was recommended to us by the proprietor of the BnB where we were staying. My own recommendation, if I were traveling there again, would be to take the list of options from these answers you get, and ask a few locals what they think. Then, follow your own instincts and culinary preferences.
