Best resturaunt in sydney??

what was the best resturaunt you have been to in sydney was the food great? and was the price good ??

For food regardless of the cost my choice is Est, for great food at the cheapest price Jasmin in Lakemba for the mixed plate $15 and enough to feed 2.

But my favourite overall is Restaurant Atelier in Glebe beautiful French inspired food and it won't break to bank (mid week $59 for 3 courses)- so good you will always have to book ahead

lol i think an underwater restaurant would beat anything else that i had in mind. But if you like Thai, i suggest a restaurant named Chat Thai on Campbell Street opposite the Capitol Square. If you dont mind a lively, buzzing atmosphere, it has a lovely interior (its just undergone a full renovation), the staff are extremely hospitable, caterable even to birthdays, and everything on the menu, particularly the Pad Siew, is out of this world.

Don't go to Lakemba. You'll get either stabbed or shot.

Zaffraans at Darling Harbour is good. Great food, great views and reasonably priced. (Indian)

Considering Tetsuyas is ranked about 5th in the world, I think it would defintely rank 1st in Sydney.
