Best roach traps?

Question

I don't have a huge roach problem, but I do see one daily. I don't want to bomb my house. Which brand of traps would you say is more effective? I bought "raid" but they don't seem to work. Has anybody notice any other that are effective? Thanks.

having grown up in the sunshine state ;; I'll tell you what my mother used and i have used it as well here in Carolina once , and have not had to use it again;;boric acid that you can get in a drug store, sprinkle it under and around your stove , under your sink , take out the drawers in your cabinets and sprinkle under them ,and replace them, just a light dusting is all you need, this way its out of site and away from children and pets and you soon see no more roaches ;; unless you leave one in your ashtray.....

Glue traps are excellent.  Just put a little peanut butter in the center of it as they love that.  Put them wherever they are safe in your home.  Also Bell & Howell sells a plug in eletric stimulator that prevents them from ever entering your home again.  You might want to google it>  i forgot where I bought mine.

duct tape works. all you have to do is rip off a longish piece and lay it on the ground upside down (sticky side up). the roaches will get attracted to it and they will get stuck and die.

clean your house daily and dont let germs and gunk build up and then you want hAVE  a roach problem

You can get roach traps but I've never seen any in this country.

Get a box of 20 Mule Team Borax powder in the Laundry Section out your local Grocery Store and sprinkle it where needed or put in little lids and sit in corners where needed....it's also great to put in the bottom of a container your are packing away for awhile like a box's  with items in it.  It last a long time too......give it a try.

u need to get one of those trap that have poisoned food cuz what happens is an roach will eat it and he will like it so he will go home and tell his wife and kids so they all come and eat it

but like after 6hours the poison kicks in and kills em
