  1. We just returned from our honeymoon last week, we had a great time, didn't eat at any really classy places, but we at a Jalisco, which is at the Villa Del Mar in the Hotel District and Paradise Burger looking out at the Malecon, not classy but a great view of the fireworks from the Pirate Ship.

Have a great time!  We Did!

  2. I recommend the french cafe called Cafe des Artistes. It has different atmospheres and good food.

  3. Congrats on your wedding and honeymoon!

THE place to go is El Kliff.

Just below the restaurant is a private walkway out to a private terrace set above the ocean.

You will have to book the "The terrace of Love dining experience"

It will be a dinner you will remember!

    Here is their website.

  4. There are many, many romantic spots in Puerto Vallarta for dinner. The ocean sunset makes it special. If you like a cliff-side spot, go south (short taxi ride) to La Kliff, El Set, or some of the hotels around there. If you want to sit on the beach, surrounded by torches, try La Palapa or Vitea. If you want to be up on a hill overlooking the city and the bay, try El Panorama, Barcelona Tapas. or Las Carmelitas. For a world class meal, try Cafe des Artistes or Trio. There are also a host of other fine dining places, and good restaurants along the beach and all over. Some of my favorites are Cafe des Artistes, El Arrayan, Barcelona Tapas, Agave Grill, Daquiri Dic's, La Tia Katrina, and so on. I like to stop at the Cheeky Monkey along the malecon during the day. The food is good, the drinks are a dollar, and the view is wonderful. I almost forgot the Rhythms of the Night cruise that takes you to a deserted beach by boat, and you have a torch lit dinner followed a great entertainment.
