Or...the ones with the best view of the White House.

Hotel Washington is now closed due to renovations for the W Hotel. :(

  1. The only other place I know of with a rooftop bar in the city (with views) is Perry's in Adams Morgan. A fun place with good food also (great sushi). Adams Morgan is one of the hilliest sections in the city, so the view from there is pretty good.
