Best route riving from Northern Virginia to Philadelphia?

95 north is the obvious answer but I've been thinking about taking 295 to 276 instead back to 95N again. Kind of a round-a-bout way but I just wanted to avoid the city congestion if possible. Thank you.

Try Dulles Toll Road to Dulles Greenway to US 15 to I-76, PA Turnpike although that will depend on how north of Philly one wishes to go.
