Best running shoes?Brands?

I am interested in buying some good,comfy,and helpful shoes that are

meant for track or cross country.What types of brands or what is a good

type of shoe to use when it comes to track?Explain..

Well the difference from a track and cross country show is actually different. For competitive track and field races, you'ld wear spikes and good overall running shoes during practice. For cross-country you always wear good durable running shoes.

For cross-country make sure the heel is thick, and theirs an arch. Good brands are New Balance and Asics. For Track, try New Balance, maybe Nike.( Personally Nike, in my opinion is overrated). Ask your track coach if you have to get both spikes and running shoes, sometimes they give you free spikes for competition.

Puma or Nike air. Get the shoes that are comfortable and light.
