  1. Monday- Long run (6-7 miles)

Tuesday- Workout (Fartlek, Tempo, or Reps)

Wednesday- Usually meet day (otherwise 6-7 mile run)

    Thursday-Workout (Fartlek, Tempo, or Reps)

    Friday- Long run (6-7 miles)

Saturday- Some sort of hill work out

Sunday- I usually take a break, but you could do another long run

if you want to increase your mileage.

Sometimes, it gets repetitive, so you could mix it up. Just be sure not to do two workouts in two days.

  2. I begin running between Monday - Friday.

It depends on if i have my spare time or not.

I go usually during the night. Before bed time.

I usually exercise before i go, that way i do not

feel any muscle breaking down on myself.

  3. Depends on what your goals are: speed vs distance

To get the best answers from this question I'd specify which one your looking to build upon.

    In General:

    - Run 6 days a week (sprints/distance) depending on what your looking for

    - If your endourance is shaky, make sure your workouts consist of 30 - 45 min of constant movement (pace depending on your endourance level)

    - Eat well (carbs and protien).  You'll find that if you don't your workouts and general performances will lack big time...forget about gaining quickly if your diet is out of whack

    - Incorporate some resistance training (more so for speed training, less needed for distance training)
