Best schools in america or ireland..?

hi i wnt to do masters..where are the best schools in america or ireland..which of these two places beast schools,student life nd good people...one of my friend is saying that No colleges in Ireland are upto to Regional colleges (REC) standards..is it real..i wnt to do masters in computer science...i love beautiful place.

Ireland for computers is the place to be. They churn out hundreds if not thousands of graduates each year. There are a lot of computer companies with their European headquarters in Ireland.
