Best scuba diving locations?

Preferably in the Carribbean or any coast in the United States.

 Cozumel and the Mayan Riviera all the way south to Mahahual are great places to dive. Cozumel being the most famous and therefore, very crowded. Mahahual is not widely known and one can have a great diving experience there.
