Best shampoo for dry or damaged hair,dull also?

i want company name,mild shampoo not too strong for my hairs and after shampoo which conditioner i used(name),currently i have used garnier and head & strong ,i used thrice in a week,plz tell how many times i used in week and how to use these products for good and silky hairs

for dry & dull hairs use pink pantene sampoo or habibs company shampoo .

b4 washing ur hairs use oil

and also use mehandi atleast once in 4 -5 months.

avoid dryers to dry the hairs

oil yuor hair before washing

oil it properly so dat your hair will not tangle much

use lot of shampoo followed by conditioner

again apply silk and shine or nutrigloss serum to detangle and soften your hair

avoid use of hair dryers, colours or straightners

You can wash your hair every day but if its longer it will only need two to three washes a week. In uk I use Pantene pro V for dry damgaed hair as I colour my hair, and everyone tells me my hair is shiny!

For dry n damaged hair, on;ly shampoos do not work.Regular massage with oil is very important. Use sunsilk shampoo for damaged hair. Hope this works....

Home remedy... regardless of what u wash ur hair with.. every night before bed put at least 4 tbsp. of OLIVE OIL in youre hair (better if slightly damp when u apply) and braid it. When u awake (before styling) wash..and then style as usual.. repeat regimen for a week or two.. Trust me! ur hair will be more healthy and shiny than ever before! And whenever u feel that your hair needs some revitalizing.. give another OLIVE OIL treatment! use as often as needed.. u can never over condition w this treatment..
