Best slam dunk contest performer of all time?

Some of the most amazing things in NBA history have been seen in the slam dunk contest. But who did the best job at it ever. Personally I think it was Jason Richardson, but VC and MJ did great too. Videos if you want to prove me wrong.

As far as raw dunks go, it would have to be Vince Carter

but If you want to consider the all around performance it would have to be MJ then Dominique in second

I think Jason Richardson might be up there in the top 3 for the raw dunks he did at the dunk contest.

I think the battle between Dominque Wilkins and Michael Jordan back in the 80's was the peak of the slam dunk contest. That was the birth of the 'from the foul line dunk" by MJ. Anybody who saw this battle knows what I'm talking about when I say it was crazy! MJ won this contest, but I gotta think Nique was robbed, so I'm going to say Dominique was the best slam dunk contest performer of all time...even though it was crazy to watch Spud Webb throw down when he was 5 foot 'nuthin.

EDIT: bball...you're right on Dr J...I was saying that MJ brought that dunk to the dunk contest....Dr J had been dropping that dunk in games a long time before

Dr.J invented that Foul-Line dunk .. Not MJ

Dunks wise.

Vince Carter is the best.

Jordan is second.

But Jodan is the all time greatest, overall.
