Best sleeping time????

what is the best sleeping time like the actual time , not the length.... or does the time even matter if you sleep atleast 8 hours? is there any difference if you sleep 10-6 and 12-8?

  1. The best sleeping time is whenever your body tells you you need it.  Same with eating.  Listen to your body.


  2. sleep when you need it. theres no difference WHEN you sleep if you get the amount of sleep you need

  3. the hours you get before midnight are equivalent to two hours after midnight, so, 9-5, 10-6, 8-4, etc.12-8 you'll still wake up tired.
