Best small business?

I am a business student at the University of Calgary. I am trying to think of a good business to start this upcoming spring. I am thinking about a Lawn Maitenence company does anyone have good ideas about good small company's?

First, the practical. Flop house ala Nino Brown. Charge rent, food, utilities, and sell them crack! Second,  Burt Reynolds impersonator. Provided you look like Reynolds, otherwise, yeah lawn mower is fine depending on where you live. Low start up and cheap Mexican wages.
