Best snow parks in Lake Tahoe?

I'm taking my son to Tahoe this weekend (he's turning 9) and I want to hit the best snow parks. Any reccomendations? I want to take him snow mobiling too.

I would check with locals to see what they recommend. Stop in Truckee and have breakfast to get some answers. Slope conditions and parks change all the time.

lake tahoe is one big snow park but are you talking about sledding or snowboarding? heavenly for boarding. there is a sledding hill in homewood but, it's like a ski area and i believe you have to get a pass. there is a snow mobiling outfit at zephyr cove, on the south end of the lake, that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and the last time i was there you had a choice of what type of tour you took, long or short. every thing was very low key.

add: great idea elbow 17 locals are great and if your in truckee try the "squeeze in" for breakfast, their will be a wait but, its more than worth it.
