Estadio Azteca defenetly, it was the host of 2 world cup finals no other stadium in the western hemesphere has that honor!!

Not sure of the state of the playing surface, Ajax's Amsterdam Stadium must rank up there with the best.

NO OFFENSE TO THE AZTECA...BUT CHIVAS NEW STADIUM WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD, AND DEFINITELY THE BEST IN THE W.HEMISPHERE.

ALL THE LUXURIES ITS GOING TO HAVE MAKE IT HARD FOR ANY OTHER STADIUM TO COMPETE WITH IT, ITS GOING TO HAVE A MOVIE THEATER, A BIG CHIVAS STORE, ROCK CLIMBING WALL, AND A BEAUTY SALON, OH AND ALSO A PLAY AREA FOR KIDS.

CAN ANY STADIUM REALLY MATCH UP WITH ALL THE THINGS THAT CHIVAS STADIUM WILL CONTAIN...I DONT THINK SO.

The biggest one is in Brazil, but its not the best, The best is the chiva's one like you said I think.
