Question:

Best solution for a teething baby?

My daughter just turned 5 months, but I think she's teething! She grabs and "bites" everything, and has been fussy when she's usually a very mellow kid. What are some tricks for helping her? Is there a certain teether that works best? Thanks for your help!

  1. the best thing to do is wait to see how she is teething My first had no problems just found the spoon clicked when she ate she was a Little cranky but that was all.  She was 5 months and every one said she was too  young Later she had a very hard time .  Tylenol works  I found from the pharmacy a product called teething tablets they really worked. Second child had not to many problems   third child had such a hard tim they would come up then swell over time after time so we got some baby Orijel and put it on a Q tip and then forced them in by pushing on the gums they stayed up.

  2. been there..

    first make sure her gums are white if they are then she is teething.

    If there not shes probably going threw a growth spurt..

    Anyways if she is then you could give her gerber cookies..the ones she can hold herself.

    Try some crushed ice in a ziploc baggy and put a wet rag on top tie it at the bottom where it wont fall out. then give it to her....maybe try some frozen toys..try some major oral jell.  I hope that helps you.

  3. give her something cold to chew on to numb her gums a bit (;

    and give her some medicine to make her feel better?

  4. OraGel.

    DEFINATLEY.

    and if that doesn't work....

    bourbon whiskey.

    i know that

    SOUNDS bad but it works haha.

    :) good luck!
