Best sport to lose weight?

i'd like to know what are some good sports that i can lose some weight doing it..

  1. well it depens on what state your in, but for me i play handball a lot and i haven't gain any weight for a long time and is kinda fun too but other then that i play baseball or during gym class you can play volleyball, it is so much fun but tract is not ad either, if you run about 6 miles  you lose about 550calories-according to my sony ericcson phone.

    but you can do sit-ups, push ups or just drink water when ever your hungry lol, i did that when im at work(i work at a catering/food store so is free food) because i was tire of eating every hour.

    it also depends on howw old you are to. i mean if your older i can suggest other stuffs

    use natural mint leaves, it speeds up your metabolism so you burn fat faster and is great for your skin

    it leaves you feeling refreshed and cool and it tastes better than most teas

  6. Swimming, you get good cardio, muscle tone and weight loss.  Swimming works all the muscles.
