Best sporting-event National Anthem?

Question

You don't have to limit it to hockey, or even to "The Star-Spangled Banner." However, since "God Bless America" is not a national anthem, Kate Smith's famed performances for the Philadelphia Flyers don't count.

I havent been everywhere but I do enjoy Karen Newman doing the anthem at Joe Louis before Red Wing games. But my all time favorite was travelling to Chicago (the old stadium) and hearing the big pipe organ while Wayne Mesmer did the anthem. Guy could give even the most heartless person goosebumps and that place got loud at the end every time I ever went.

I can't remember his name, but the guy who does O Canada at Ottawa Senators home games. He is a police officer.

Josh, he's OPP but he's more on the paper-pushing side of things in the Kanata region. Hearing him on TV does him no justice compared to hearing him live.
