Tapout can I ask your reason for this good question,

Reason being do you want to knock your opponent out or punch to score points?

If you were a boxer in a ring and was just looking for the knockout punch you'd loose as your opponent would be picking you off and scoring points to head and body

The KO punch is the lower head in the jaw region, theres a large that carrys oxegen to the brain, if the jaw is hit hard enough the jaw pushing against causing unsteadyness or uncounsioucsness etc etc, people master this punch to make it sharp

I think the best spot to punch someone in the body is their thigh.

Cuz thighs are soft, and if you drop something on it, it sure hurts. They'll bend over and that's a good pathway to uppercut him/her on his/her face! BOOOM!

There are many spots to choose from.

One of the common ones for hooks and uppercuts is right on the chin. Plenty of people like to hit the temple too though. For straight punches you should aim for the nose or chin.

As for body shots, If you throw a left hook to about the 2nd rib from the bottom, you can hit the liver and it is perfect for incapacitating an opponent without permanent damage. It takes the breath away and eliminates their will to fight for 8-20 seconds. There's also the kidneys right above the belt line and to the backside. Note this is illegal in boxing.

I would try to get them in the chin. Thats probably the best place to put someone on their @ss. And if you miss, you still may catch there throat. And a throat punch is a good way to see someone cough up blood. And we love to see people cough up blood.
