Best steak on the West Side of Portland, not downtown?

I know tons of places on the East side, but not on the West side. Ringside is downtown...and too expensive.

In Beaverton, there's Stars Caberet...I had a good steak there a couple of times...plus you get the good scenery!

Ringside isn't really downtown,  its up on Burnside in the Northwest.  Whatever the case,  they have excellent steaks, onion rings and martinis (real martinis, not some generic drink poured into a martini glass).
