Let me let everyone in on a little secret. Penny stocks should NOT be traded under ANY ciscumstances. Penny stocks are the domain of bad traders who have money and they play every trick in the book to manipulate prices because they can due to the lack of liquidity. I know such people personally and know the kinds of things that they can do to stocks. NO rules apply in this no man's land and you may get lucky once but over the long term YOU are the sucker at the poker table.

If you arent in on a particular scam being run there is ZERO chance to find out whats going on with one of those wild west stocks. Not by price/patterns (they are manipulated), not by fundamentals (usually there arent any analysts to follow them).

So you have to ask yourself a question. Where is your edge in the market to make money? If you cant answer it dont put a dime in the market, go to Vegas at least you will be entertained.
