every store is different lots of times they will bring a 'lost leader'product just to draw people into the store to look at other products check out weekly flyer's for the best price and if you buy something seasonal that is when you get the best price,example spring time best time to buy a bike as all the stores are competing for you money and the sale prices are great

no clue if your state has it, but here in Texas we've got Wal-Mart ~ low prices!! it's got almost everything...not to mention that their clothes suck though...lol
