best student bank account at the moment ?

I asked this a couple of weeks ago and didn't get many useful answers.

In the end, I found a website by that money man on Lorraine Kelly's show. He said that the Halifax Bank of Scotland and Natwest were the best.

I went with Natwest when I was at uni, and I found them good. Just remember, that the interest free overdrafts you get on student accounts aren't interest free forever, they drop the limits regularly after you graduate and charge interest on anything over that overdraft limit, wheter it was an overdraft from your uni days or not. And they don't remind you of when they are going to start charging you either!

remember to look into what happens when you graduate, whatever account you go with.

well hsbc allows you to borrow a loan of up to nearly £3,000 with 0% rate of interest when paying it back..
