I live in Australia I have been surfing for about 8months now and id like to say i love it, but i have just found out about harmful UVA Rays and got freaked out alittle so i would like to know what i can use to protect myself against UVA and UVB Rays, for the body and the face.

  1. You should get invisible zinc.  You can get it from Woolies.  Its not that cheap but works really well. I've also found that the Priceline range of sunscreen works well and is inexpensive.  My husband surfs and always says its best to go early morning - its not as busy so you can have the waves to yourself and you don't get burnt!

  2. For face sunscreen make sure it has zinc in it. I have used head hunters and that has worked well. I have hung out with alot of lifeguards at the beach and they all wear different stuff.

  3. I use Neutragena sunBLOCK. Get the 85SPF kind, might aswell.

  4. If they sell it there, Bullfrog. I use it every day and it lasts 8 hours
