Best surf camps in costa rica?

i'm a beginner looking for a camp out in costa rica.

Heard many good/bad reviews on jim hogan, witches rock, etc etc. need some help/recommendations!

here is the best one. my friend went to Costa Rica and did this camp. he said the place a the teachers that they provide you with are great!
