Hi! I want to buy a conventional reel for surf fishing with a 12' rod medium heavy. What reel do you suggest?

  1. Penn reels are superior conventional reels. But if you are surf fishing off the beach, wouldn't you prefer a spinning reel?


  2. Take a look at the Penn line of reels. I've been using them for over 50 years. They are the best reels you can buy.
