  1. Up north, Long Beach Island has a variety of breaks and is extremely popular. Seaside Heights also has some well known spots. I have surfed up there, but I prefer the waves (and the life styles) down south in Atlantic and Cape May counties. There are two spots that I really like, in Cape May County, but unfortunately, I decline to reveal them, because they are already too crowded.

To be perfectly honest, the north Jersey breaks in winter are phenomenal, and rival anything you can find in the US. But it is s D$^m cold!

I have been surfing in NJ since '66, and when it is on in the Garden State, it is fantastic.

    -Splash, secrets, and leBraye

-stBrelade has big swells at the stage of the tide.
