Best sushi ? and is there sushi without fish ?

Question

dose anyone know what audrey kitching and/or hanna beths favorite sushi is ?? i herdthat audreys was like cream cheese avacodo sushi with soy paper or something like that not sure..

but if you dont know then doyou know what the best sushi ?

and is there sushi with out fish . my sister dosent eat fish so i was woundering if theres a sushi with out fish ???

Yes, they make sushi rolls without fish- in the US they call them California rolls (with avacado and cucumber in it)...quite tasty.  Here's a link:

My favorite has avocado, crab, eggs, seaweed and rice in it sometimes shrimp as well, it is the best i have had, and guess what my dad makes it. but he is not a pro or anything he just got a resipie or the net there is with out a doubt sushi with out fish. but were to buy it is a different story. if you want there are plenty of places to get resipies fo sushi rice on the net and places to buy sushi fillings. to make you own sushi and put whatever you want in it.

Sushi doesn't mean raw fish, what it actually refers to is the vinegared rice that is used in Japanese cuisine.  You're probably thinking of maki, which are the rolls that people commonly call sushi over here.  In most Japanese restaurants I've been to here in the US, they do have maki that does not have fish.  They are sometimes filled with egg, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese, chicken and pretty much anything else.  It really depends on the restaurant you go to.  All the types of maki are different so just go to a restaurant and they will list the ingredients of each one on the menu.  Most people trying "sushi" for the first time will get California or Philadelphia rolls.  Just look for something you think you might like.  Enjoy!

I make some with rib-eye steak.  Just for those that don't like fish.  Even some with just veggies.  I do cook the meat.
